The Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of Spencerville shall hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday October 3, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in Village Council Chambers, 116 S. Broadway Street, Spencerville, Ohio 45887, to consider a Variance Application to reduce the number of parking spaces required by Article 14.6.4(d) of the Village of Spencerville’s Zoning Code, as part of the proposed development by HCF Commercial Realty, Inc., located at 424 E. 4th Street, Spencerville, Ohio 45887.

The Application is pursuant to Article 18 of the Village of Spencerville Zoning Code and is requesting to reduce the required number of parking spaces, based on the building size, from forty (40) to thirteen (13).  The referenced real property is specifically referred to as parcel E1944-1209-04-012.000, and is zoned as B-1 (Local Business District).  

A complete copy of the Variance Application is on file with the Village Administrator and is available for inspection during regular business hours (Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.), at 524 N. Broadway Street, Spencerville, Ohio 45887.  The purpose of the Public Hearing will be to determine whether the Board of Zoning Appeals will allow the requested Variance based on current Zoning Code limitations.
