Village

is
in
the
process
of
updating
our
Emergency
Disaster
Plan
and
we
are
in
need
of
information
from
the
Spencerville
Community.
We
have
created
a
form
for
residents
to
provide
contact
information
for
those
individuals
who
may
require
special
needs
or
periodic
checks
during
an
emergency
situation.
If
you
would
like
to
have
someone
placed
on
this
list,
please
compete
the

herein.

Bids

the
Elm
Street
Culvert
Replacement
project
will
be
received
by
the
Village
of
Spencerville
at
the
Village
Chambers,
116
S.
Broadway
Street,
Spencerville,
Ohio
45887,
until
Thursday,
June
27,
2024
at
10:00
a.m.
local
time.
At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The
Project
includes
the
following
Work:
The
replacement
of
an
existing
single
span
24'
steel
girder
bridge
with
a
10'x5'
concrete
box
culvert.
Concurrent
with
the
culvert
replacement,
approximately
300'
of
existing
4"
water
main
will be replaced with 8" PVC.

notifications,
addenda,
and

Bidding

will
be

Owner

will

including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office of Choice One.
The
project
will
be
awarded
contingent
upon
OPWC
approval
which
is
expected
on
or
around
July
1,
2024.
Work
may
not begin until after this date.
