Water Treatment Plant Improvement Project

Environmental Review Documents for Public Review

The Village of Spencerville is considering funding a project through the Ohio EPA Water Supply Revolving Loan Account (WSRLA) which is subject to environmental review requirements.  The project consists of improvements to the water treatment plant.  The Ohio EPA is making available for public review a Finding of No Significant Impact (FNSI) and an Environmental Assessment (EA) of potential environmental impacts. 

The Village of Spencerville is providing the FNSI and EA at the Village Office, on the Village website (www.spencervilleoh.com) (Click Here to go directly to it.) and at the Spencerville Branch of the Lima Public Library.  The documents are also available at Ohio EPA’s website (http://www.epa.state.oh.us/Default.aspx?tabid=2202).

There is a 30-day period during which comments on the environmental review may be submitted to the project Environmental Planner at Ohio EPA listed at the end of the EA.
